Michelle is our head power skating coach. Michelle joins us from the lower mainland where she was the head power skating coach at the Richmond Olympic Oval and Richmond Minor Hockey where she created the "STRIDE" Power Skating Program. As our Power Skating coach, Michelle exposes our players to a number of styles and techniques all designed to provide them with the knowledge and tools to enhance and improve our players hockey skating techniques and become the best skaters they can be.
Lucas Gore - Head Goalie Coach
Lucas grew up playing minor hockey in Kamloops before advancing to Vernon Vipers in the BCHL followed by three full seasons for the Chilliwack Bruins in the WHL. He then attended business school at the University of Regina for 4 years while playing CIS hockey and finished off in the East Coast Hockey League in the 2014/2015 season before becoming a goaltending coach. Joe Hicketts - currently playing with the Grand Rapids Griffins (AHL)
"Mark and Crosby have been a big part of my career to date. Their ability to connect with young players on a personal and professional level is what sets them apart from others. From on ice skills to off ice training, the two of them combine to offer a program that not only develops your game but ultimately instills the values to help shape a young players' career"
Henrik and Johanna Sedin (Vancouver Canuck Captain)
"We feel fortunate for our son Harry to have had a wonderful experience skating with Michelle. She helped inspire not only a love of skating but also learning, and has given Harry the determination to continue in sports. Her approach is organized and positive. I would highly recommend Michelle as a skating coach for anyone wanting to excel and develop at any level of sport."
We will also have a number of MML/Junior level players assisting on ice/acting as group leaders for the players... and we are working on securing some possible special guest coaches as well
